Viggotech’s Privacy Commitment
We believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a feature. Viggotech collects only the minimal amount of personal information required to operate our business and serve our customers effectively. We never monetize personal data through advertising—never have, never will. Our products, including those offered for free, are built around privacy-first principles. We strive for transparency in what we collect, why we collect it, and how it’s used.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites operated by Viggotech that link to this policy. It also applies to our mobile applications, software services, and any applications we list in third-party marketplaces. If a specific website, app, or service has its own privacy policy, that policy will take precedence.

Part I – Information Viggotech Collects and Controls

- Forms & events: We collect information you submit via forms (e.g., to download content, register for webinars, contact us, or request support).
- Payments: For purchases, we store billing contact info, payment type, and partial credit card info (last 4 digits, expiry date). Full credit card data is handled by our secure payment processors.
- Testimonials: If you authorize us, we may publish testimonials with your name. You may later update or remove it by contacting support@viggotech.io.
- Communications: Conversations with our sales and support teams (via chat, phone, or email) may be recorded or analyzed for quality improvement.
Information we collect automatically:
- Device & browser data: Includes IP address, browser type, time zone, OS, mobile device type, and referring URL.
- Cookies & tracking: We use cookies and local storage to recognize you, analyze usage, track performance, and improve your experience. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking.
- Usage analytics: Our systems log feature usage, clicks, configuration settings, device locations, and errors to improve service performance.
Information from third parties:

Part II – Information Viggotech Processes on Your Behalf
Information entrusted to Viggotech and its purpose
When using our services or requesting technical support, you or your organization (“you”) may entrust us with data you control, such as information about your customers, staff, or third parties. This information may be:
- stored on our servers via use of our platforms
- shared with us during technical support or other service interactions
Mobile device data: If you allow it, some of our mobile apps may access your device’s camera, microphone, contacts, files, or location. This access is strictly limited to features that require such data and may be disabled at any time in your device settings.
All such data is considered “Service Data.”
Ownership and control
You fully own your Service Data. We provide you with full control:
- Access your data
- Share via integrations
- Export or request deletion at any time
How we use Service Data
We only process your Service Data under your instructions through the features you use. For instance:
- Invoice generation uses customer info you provide
- Email marketing features use your contact lists
Push Notifications
If enabled, you’ll receive system notifications via services such as Apple Push Notification Service or Google Firebase. You may disable these at any time in your app/device settings.
Who we share Service Data with
- Viggotech group entities and subprocessors: To deliver and support our services
- Employees and contractors: Access is limited, logged, and audited. Used only for technical troubleshooting, data import, spam resolution, or OCR verification
- Collaborators: Some features enable collaboration; your name/profile photo may be visible
- Third-party integrations: If you enable external apps, they may access relevant Service Data. Please review their privacy terms before connecting them

Retention
We retain Service Data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed from live databases during the next cleanup cycle (every 6 months), and from backups within 3 months.
Data Subject Requests
If you’re a data subject in the EEA and believe your data is processed via a Viggotech service, please contact the business that collected your information. We will support them in handling your request.
Part III – General Privacy Principles
Children’s data
Viggotech does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware, we will delete such data. If your business processes children’s data using our platform, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws.

International Data Transfers

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
If you need a signed DPA for regulatory compliance, reach out to us. Once requested, we’ll provide the agreement for your signature.
AI and Automation
We use AI and automation (e.g., regex, templates, ML) to enhance our features. Your Service Data may be anonymized and used to:
- Improve model accuracy
- Train organization-specific automation models
We never use your data for generic AI training unrelated to your use case.
Do Not Track (DNT)
Currently, our services do not respond to DNT signals due to the lack of a universal standard.

Blogs and Forums
Information you post on public forums or blogs may be visible and contactable by others. Viggotech is not responsible for any personal data you share publicly. To request post removal, contact support@viggotech.io.
